Returns

If a piece isn’t right for you, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.

To start a return, email bottega@paxhumanum.com with your name and order. I’ll reply with where to send it.

What I ask: the piece comes back unworn and undamaged, in its original packaging, with its certificate of authenticity and, for necklaces and bracelets, its First Collector Token. Please ship it insured and tracked; return shipping is on you.

Your refund goes back to how you paid, card or Zelle, within 5 business days of the piece arriving back with me. Original shipping isn’t refunded.

Not the right size? Tell me within 14 days and I’ll resize it for you instead.

Made-to-order commissions, including anything in 18 karat gold, are final sale, since they’re made for you alone.

Passing a piece on later? If you ever wish to part with a PAX HVMANVM piece, I would be honored to have the first opportunity to buy it back. Write to bottega@paxhumanum.com with its PAX HVMANVM number.

If a piece arrives damaged, email me within 48 hours with a photo and I’ll make it right.
